Harvested in May and June, our hard shelled Canadian Lobsters come from one of the more lucrative lobster areas in Nova Scotia. Lobsters are caught in a wooden or wire trap and our lobster area (LFA 29) has very strict and conservative sustainability measures, including a large minimum size of 3 5/16” and no canners allowed.
